Brittany Caldwell

I am 27 years old living in the city of Charlotte, NC. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. In 2018, I received a Masters in Exercise Science with a Concentration on Performance Enhancement & Injury Prevention/Rehabilitation.

My favorite thing in this world is DANCING. I have been dancing since the age of 2 and I am currently a Professional Dancer and Dance Teacher & Choreographer at Charlotte Performing Arts Academy.

Outside of dancing, I find joy in teaching cycling, dance, and training individuals to meet their personal health and fitness goals. I take pride in my education and love to share all the information I have gained through research and continuous study about health and fitness. My hopes are that we all can continuously live the healthy lifestyles in the ways that we desire.
